Our client, a well-established organization in a highly regulated industry, is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to support and enhance enterprise reporting, analytics, and data platform initiatives during a planned leave coverage engagement.This consultant will play a key role in developing and supporting Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a blend of business intelligence, data engineering, and analytics experience, with strong Power BI, Fabric, and SQL expertise.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic models.</li><li>Build and support Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Data Factory components.</li><li>Develop data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to support reporting and analytics initiatives.</li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.</li><li>Create executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and interactive visualizations.</li><li>Implement and manage row-level security and data governance standards.</li><li>Optimize report performance, data models, and SQL queries.</li><li>Support enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance of analytics solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project resources throughout the development lifecycle.</li><li>Assist with enabling AI and Copilot capabilities within Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environments.</li><li>Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and production support activities.</li></ul>
