<p><strong>CRM Marketing Specialist - On-Site Culture, 5 Days a Week in North Dallas! </strong></p><p>The CRM Marketing Specialist helps drive customer acquisition and engagement through targeted CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns. This role combines marketing automation, customer data, and campaign execution to personalize experiences and improve marketing performance.</p><p> </p><ul><li>Build and launch marketing campaigns across email, SMS/Text, push notifications, direct mail, and in-app channels.</li><li>Create customer segments and targeted audiences using CRM/CDP tools and SQL.</li><li>Set up and manage automated customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and personalized messaging.</li><li>Test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.</li><li>Monitor campaign quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time execution.</li><li>Maintain compliance and best practices for email and SMS/Text marketing.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and campaign results.</li></ul><p> </p>
