  • <p>We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, drive business analysis best practices, and manage complex software selection and implementation projects. This role serves as the organization&#39;s lead business analysis practitioner while also acting as the client-side project manager for large-scale enterprise system modernization efforts.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in business requirements development, stakeholder engagement, enterprise software implementation, vendor management, and project delivery. This individual will establish and champion a formal business analysis practice, ensuring technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives and delivered through a structured governance model.</p><p>This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Enterprise Systems Program Leadership</p><p>Pre-Implementation / Vendor Selection</p><ul><li>Manage third-party consulting and advisory engagements, including scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, change control, and invoice review.</li><li>Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, risk registers, issue logs, and executive status reporting.</li><li>Review and validate requirements, business process documentation, future-state solutions, and other project deliverables to ensure completeness and quality.</li><li>Own and maintain business requirements and capability models throughout the software selection process.</li><li>Lead technology procurement and vendor selection activities, including:</li><li>Requirements validation</li><li>RFP development and administration</li><li>Evaluation management</li><li>Vendor demonstrations</li></ul><p>Implementation &amp; Delivery</p><ul><li>Serve as client-side project manager for enterprise software implementations through go-live and stabilization.</li><li>Manage implementation vendors and system integrators, including contract performance, scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, and change requests.</li><li>Facilitate fit-gap analysis, configuration decisions, testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and deployment planning.</li><li>Coordinate integrations, data migration, business process changes, training, cutover activities, and legacy system retirement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Business Analysis Practice &amp; IT Governance</p><ul><li>Author business cases, business requirements documents (BRDs), and related analysis artifacts.</li><li>Design and implement a formal demand intake and governance process for technology requests and project evaluation.</li><li>Establish enterprise business analysis standards, methodologies, templates, and quality measures aligned with BABOK principles.</li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts and project stakeholders regarding business analysis best practices.</li><li>Partner with PMO and leadership teams to institutionalize governance processes and ensure long-term operational sustainability.</li></ul><p><br></p>
