The Corporate Counsel supports an array of legal issues and directly reports to the CFO. This is an immediate need seeking candidates who can start as soon as the week of January 19th. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Contract review and drafting. Creation and revisions to contract forms. Manage contract renewal process. Conduct contract training for business owners and development of contracting and other processes and SOPs. Includes NDAs, customers, vendors, SAAS, employment, and other business agreements.</li><li>Key contact for insurance issues and renewals.
