This role is an on-site position in Hollister, with the opportunity to join a collaborative accounting department and build on foundational accounting experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice and payment management.</p><p>Accurately process company payroll in compliance with company policies and regulations.</p><p>Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities, such as reconciliations and journal entry preparation.</p><p>Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.</p><p>Generate internal financial reports as requested.</p><p>Support audit preparation and help resolve accounting inquiries.</p><p>Collaborate with the accounting team to drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, specifically with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month/quarter-end close procedures.</p><p>Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.</p><p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</p><p>Effective written and verbal communication abilities.</p><p>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p>
