  • We are looking for a Routing Specialist to support logistics operations in South Gate, California. The person in this role will help coordinate freight movement, maintain accurate routing data, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep deliveries on schedule.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Build and adjust transportation routes to improve delivery timing and support efficient freight movement.<br>• Use Microsoft Excel and logistics systems to monitor shipment activity, analyze data, and maintain operational reports.<br>• Partner with drivers, dispatch personnel, warehouse teams, and customer-facing contacts to coordinate daily transportation needs.<br>• Track loads throughout the shipping process and take timely action to address service disruptions, delays, or exceptions.<br>• Keep routing records, scheduling details, billing-related information, and transportation documentation accurate and up to date.<br>• Communicate with internal departments and outside partners to support service quality, issue resolution, and shipment visibility.<br>• Follow company procedures and transportation requirements to help maintain compliant logistics operations.<br>• Support workflow coordination across business systems such as ERP, CRM, and CargoWise when managing logistics-related information.
