The firm serves a diverse client base, including public and private companies, developers, investors, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, governmental entities, and nonprofit organizations. Through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, the firm provides strategic legal counsel across a broad range of business and real estate matters. The firm is seeking an attorney with 3–6 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
