This role will support daily AP operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and exceptional vendor service.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries professionally.</li><li>Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wire transfers).</li><li>Assist with month‑end close activities, including accruals and reporting.</li><li>Maintain complete and organized AP records for audit readiness.</li><li>Partner with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p>
