- <p>Robert Half is recruiting for an Interim CFO / Consultant for a family services organization in the Inland Empire. The environment includes high volume billing and payroll operations utilizing Sage Intacct and WellSky. This role will be locate onsite in Corona, CA. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Provide executive leadership over accounting, finance, payroll, billing, and reporting functions.</p><p>Lead daily accounting operations across multiple entities.</p><p>Oversee month end close, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.</p><p>Support Billing Manager and team of 10 billing specialists in a high volume billing environment.</p><p>Supervise Payroll team of 5 specialists supporting 5,000+ service providers.</p><p>Oversee AP, vendor payments, and staff accountant activities.</p><p>Ensure accuracy of multi entity and intercompany accounting.</p><p>Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and financial reporting.</p><p>Partner with executive leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.</p><p>10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including Controller or CFO level responsibilities.</p><p>Experience in healthcare, human services, home care, nonprofit, or other service based organizations preferred.</p><p>Strong experience overseeing large billing and payroll operations.</p><p>Proficiency with Sage Intacct required; WellSky experience a plus.</p><p>Strong GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management skills.</p><p>Hands on leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.</p>
