<p>Director of Engineering</p><p>Position Overview</p><p>The Director of Engineering will lead a team of engineers in driving digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in converting legacy systems to scalable, microservices-based architectures, enhancing technical capabilities and team performance through hands-on leadership and results-driven strategy.
