The Compensation Analyst will partner closely with leadership to support compensation analysis, job documentation review, pay structure alignment, compliance initiatives, reporting, and process enhancements. We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join a manufacturing organization in Lombard, Illinois on a Contract basis for a 60–90 day engagement. In this role, you will focus on compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and benefits-related support while helping maintain accurate employee pay data and reporting. This opportunity is well suited for someone who works independently, is comfortable managing data-driven projects, and can translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Analyze compensation information for domestic and international employee groups to identify trends and support pay decisions.<br>• Conduct salary benchmarking using established market-pricing tools, including platforms such as Korn Ferry or comparable resources.<br>• Maintain and update compensation records within the designated system to ensure data accuracy and consistency.<br>• Support participation in salary surveys by preparing submissions, reviewing entries, and confirming the integrity of reported information.<br>• Evaluate external market data to help assess the competitiveness of compensation programs and practices.<br>• Create reports, summaries, and presentations that communicate compensation findings and recommendations to leadership.<br>• Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure the engagement stays on schedule and key milestones are met.<br>• Provide benefits-related analytical support, including coordination and review of compensation and benefits information as needed.
