The Medical Coder role will focuses on accurate coding for surgical and related outpatient services, helping ensure clean claims, reliable reimbursement, and strong compliance with payer and regulatory standards. The person in the Medical Coder role will work closely with revenue cycle partners, clinical teams, and leadership to resolve coding issues, improve documentation quality, and maintain consistent coding performance.
