  • We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions for a small to medium size organization, located in Irvine, CA. This is a true one-person HR department with full ownership of the function. Public company experience is required. The ideal candidate understands the compliance, reporting, governance, and audit standards of a publicly traded company and can operate confidently within that environment. The company is actively involved in M&amp;A activity, and this role will play a key part in due diligence and integration efforts. The position requires to work 100% onsite.
