<p><strong>Security Architect</strong></p><p><strong>L</strong>ocation: Southern California</p><p>Compensation: $190,000–$220,000 base salary</p><p>Employment Type: Full-Time</p><p>Build Security Into the Future of Technology</p><p>We’re looking for a Security Architect to serve as a senior technical authority across enterprise information security. This is an opportunity to shape how security is designed, implemented, and governed across a complex, global technology environment.</p><p>You’ll partner closely with infrastructure, cloud, application, data, and business teams to bring a security-by-design mindset to technology decisions — while also helping define the organization’s long-term security architecture strategy.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both big-picture architecture and hands-on technical problem solving, and who is excited about emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and agentic systems.</p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Define and continuously improve the organization’s Security Architecture operating model, including engagement processes, services, and integration with technology delivery teams</li><li>Develop forward-looking security roadmaps aligned with business priorities, technology strategy, risk, and the evolving threat landscape</li><li>Establish and govern enterprise security standards, architectural principles, reference architectures, and reusable security patterns</li><li>Evaluate emerging technologies — including AI/ML and agentic systems — and develop appropriate security controls, governance, and risk-management approaches</li><li>Partner with technology teams during architecture reviews, solution design, technology selection, and major initiatives to embed security early in the lifecycle</li><li>Provide security architecture expertise across cloud, infrastructure, networking, applications, data, and identity</li><li>Assess proposed architectures and solutions against enterprise security standards, risk tolerance, and architectural requirements</li><li>Provide technical leadership around security tooling, integration, coverage, and enterprise capabilities</li><li>Help identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to scale security architecture activities, including design analysis, documentation, and architecture reviews</li><li>Maintain awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements such as PCI, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA</li><li>Serve as a trusted Security Architecture SME for senior technology and business stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Why This Opportunity?</p><p>This is more than a traditional security architecture role.
