The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and the ability to manage customer accounts accurately while maintaining timely cash flow.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage daily accounts receivable activities by preparing invoices, monitoring open balances, and keeping account records current and accurate.<br>• Apply incoming payments promptly and reconcile cash receipts to customer accounts to ensure proper posting and reporting.<br>• Follow up with commercial clients on past-due balances through consistent collection efforts that support timely resolution.<br>• Research billing discrepancies, payment variances, and short-paid invoices, then coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.<br>• Review aging reports regularly and take action to reduce outstanding receivables and improve collection performance.<br>• Maintain detailed documentation of account activity, correspondence, and payment status for audit readiness and internal visibility.<br>• Use Microsoft Excel to track receivable trends, organize account data, and support reporting needs.<br>• Work within NetSuite to process receivables transactions, update customer records, and assist with system-based account maintenance.
