For consideration, please apply directly.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Install, repair, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, peripherals, and scientific research equipment.</p><p>• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, answer user inquiries, and provide troubleshooting support.</p><p>• Offer guidance to users on the proper operation and usage of systems and equipment.</p><p>• Recommend procurement strategies and provide technical specifications for departmental purchases.</p><p>• Conduct regular assessments of the computing environment and propose improvements to technology and processes.</p><p>• Participate in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of technical products, systems, and software.</p><p>• Maintain accurate inventory records and update assignments and tickets in accordance with established procedures.</p>
