Responsibilities:• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.• Conduct intake interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and align them with job requirements.• Handle high-volume recruitment tasks, such as making approximately 100 calls per day.• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline the hiring process.• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.• Leverage Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication.• Facilitate virtual interviews and ensure all necessary steps are completed efficiently.• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.• Stay informed about industry trends to improve recruitment practices.
