This role supports existing initiatives and potential new projects as assigned, with strict adherence to prescribed project management methodology. The ideal candidate builds strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication, ownership of risks and issues, and the delivery of effective, timely outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Organize project activities into manageable work efforts and determine effective approaches to completing work as defined in project plans.</p><p>· Author and facilitate project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, project plans, and status updates.</p><p>· Clearly define and manage project scope while motivating and guiding project team members.</p><p>· Manage relationships with business owners and cross‑functional team members to achieve project objectives.</p><p>· Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.</p><p>· Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular status reporting.</p><p>· Manage change control processes and ensure alignment with project goals.</p><p>· Coach team members by clarifying task assignments, milestones, and expected deliverables.</p><p>· Prepare and ensure high‑quality, professional project deliverables.</p><p>· Facilitate decision‑making discussions among stakeholders.</p><p>· Develop toolkits and documentation to support field‑based implementations when required.</p>
