This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week position; candidate must be able to work eastern (ET) hours. The Learning Experience Designer will support a high-priority learning and development initiative by creating engaging training programs, eLearning content, and employee development resources.   • <p>We are looking for a great Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations for a growing manufacturing and medical device organization in the Northborough, Massachusetts area. This role is well suited for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can balance process improvement with responsive employee support across the full employment lifecycle. Working closely with leaders and staff, the Human Resources Manager will help strengthen engagement, promote compliance, and support a productive, positive workplace.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead core human resources operations across hiring, onboarding, performance discussions, employee development, and separation processes.</p><p>• Draft and manage employment offers, ensuring candidates receive accurate information and a smooth experience from selection through acceptance.</p><p>• Act as the main point of contact for employees and supervisors on workplace policies, employee relations matters, and human resources guidance.</p><p>• Oversee biweekly payroll processing for a multistate workforce, including coordination for domestic and international payroll activities.</p><p>• Administer employee benefit programs, support annual enrollment activities, and help manage retirement plan processes.</p><p>• Maintain HR records, personnel documentation, and reporting while ensuring alignment with applicable employment laws and internal policies.</p><p>• Coordinate leave administration and monitor related documentation to support accurate recordkeeping and employee support.</p><p>• Review and approve employee expense submissions, with experience using expense management platforms preferred.</p><p>• Partner with company leadership to develop people-focused initiatives that improve engagement, collaboration, and overall organizational effectiveness. </p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>For immediate consideration please reach out to me asap!
