Reporting to the Vice President of Property Management, they manage site operations, staff supervision, and ensure compliance with HUD regulations. Key responsibilities include financial management, maintaining tenant files, addressing resident concerns, supervising staff, handling inspections, and coordinating compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The role requires expertise in affordable housing programs, Section 8 voucher submissions, EIV procedures, and property management software like Yardi. Certifications such as LIHTC and COS are mandatory, alongside strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
