This role will partner closely with internal business stakeholders and serve as a key legal advisor on customer-facing commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting sales organizations in the technology industry and a strong background drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS and other commercial agreements.
