The position will play a key role in creating a smooth hiring experience, maintaining compliance, and assisting employees with benefit-related questions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full front-end hiring process by evaluating applications, screening candidates, and helping move suitable talent through the recruitment pipeline.<br>• Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and site leadership to keep hiring activities on schedule.<br>• Oversee pre-employment steps such as background-related requirements, testing appointments, and orientation planning to ensure timely onboarding.<br>• Monitor staffing needs on a regular basis and partner with operational leaders to identify openings and hiring priorities.<br>• Lead onboarding sessions for new employees, prepare orientation logistics, and ensure employment paperwork is completed accurately and on time.<br>• Enter and maintain employee information in the HRIS, including new employee data, while supporting accurate documentation and recordkeeping.<br>• Review work authorization documents and maintain I-9 compliance in accordance with company policy and legal standards.<br>• Explain workplace policies, required notices, and key procedures to new employees so they begin employment with clear expectations.<br>• Respond to employee questions regarding health, retirement, and wellness programs, and assist with benefits-related forms and disability documentation.<br>• Support recruiting events such as job fairs and maintain organized HR files and personnel records for ongoing compliance and audit readiness.
