This position will provide critical financial data to guide project decision-making. </p><p> </p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p><p>-Manage all accounting related functions for multiple projects throughout the project’s lifecycle. </p><p>-Review project contracts to identify and ensure adherence to all job requirements, including invoicing, payment terms, insurance, labor compliance, etc. </p><p>-Process job documentation including change orders, insurance certificates, preliminary lien notices, warranties, and owner manuals. </p><p>-Work closely with operations team to ensure accurate and timely submission of client invoices and collection of receivables. </p><p>-Overseeing and entering accurate and timely job costs against budget, including payroll, material, subcontractor, and other miscellaneous expenses. </p><p>-Correspond with vendors and subcontractors on issues including invoicing, issue resolutions, waiver collection, etc. </p><p>-Foster and promote working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. </p><p>-Generate reports related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contract Status, Job Costs, etc. </p><p>-Providing support during month, quarter, and year-end close. </p><p>-Complete other related duties as assigned or as needed. </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><br></p>
