<p>We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support human resources technology initiatives for a leading organization in Bloomington, Minnesota. This is a Contract position suited for a highly organized individual who can evaluate system performance, improve HR data processes, and help ensure reliable HRIS operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with HR systems, strong analytical ability, and the confidence to work across stakeholders to support implementation and ongoing system effectiveness.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Analyze HRIS data, workflows, and system performance to identify opportunities for improved accuracy, efficiency, and usability.</p><p>• Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities for HR technology solutions, including Dayforce-related enhancements and implementation work.</p><p>• Maintain the integrity of HR databases by reviewing records, resolving discrepancies, and promoting consistent data standards.</p><p>• Partner with HR, payroll, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate business needs, and recommend system-based solutions.</p><p>• Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts that help stakeholders monitor workforce information and make informed decisions.</p><p>• Investigate system issues, troubleshoot root causes, and coordinate resolutions to minimize disruption to HR operations.</p><p>• Assist with documentation of processes, system changes, and user guidance to support adoption and compliance.</p><p>• Participate in HRIS improvement initiatives, including updates, integrations, and other system-related projects as assigned.</p>
