The consultant will work across complex Salesforce environments to improve data accuracy, uncover revenue leakage risks, and support reliable business processes through strong functional and technical insight.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Define and refine a unified data model across Salesforce Revenue Cloud and related revenue lifecycle processes to support consistent business operations.<br>• Review product, pricing, and monetization structures to ensure accurate setup of catalog elements, pricing logic, and discounting behavior.<br>• Analyze quotes, orders, contracts, and asset records to confirm data integrity and alignment throughout the quote-to-cash lifecycle.<br>• Map standard and custom fields across configuration, pricing, quoting, ordering, contracting, and asset management processes.<br>• Investigate amendment, renewal, and subscription activity by tracking asset history, state changes, and source records tied to lifecycle events.<br>• Establish data governance guidelines and quality controls to identify duplicate records, missing relationships, lineage issues, and orphaned data.<br>• Assess how automated updates and manual interventions affect Salesforce data, including flows, pricing engines, integrations, and other platform automations.<br>• Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into practical recommendations for Salesforce configuration and process improvement.
