We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to support full-cycle accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting across our portfolio. Position Summary:The Property Accountant will be responsible for full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of industrial properties. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, experience with property management systems, and a solid understanding of commercial leases, including triple net (NNN) structures. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple industrial properties </li><li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes </li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements for all assigned properties </li><li>Maintain general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations </li><li>Handle CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and tenant billings </li><li>Review and interpret lease agreements, including triple net (NNN) leases </li><li>Coordinate with property management teams to ensure accurate financial data </li><li>Support reporting requirements for institutional investors </li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards </li><li>Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed </li></ul>
