<p>A growing consumer products company with national and international distribution is seeking an <strong>Accounting Manager</strong> to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while helping drive accounting accuracy, process improvements, and financial controls across the organization.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, and cash management.</li><li>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor and customer communications, expense reporting, and payment reconciliations.</li><li>Reconcile sales, inventory, returns, receivables, and expenses across multiple sales channels and business platforms.</li><li>Assist with audit preparation, financial analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations.</li><li>Coordinate annual 1099 reporting and support inventory count and reconciliation activities.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen accounting operations and financial controls.</li><li>Partner with leadership on special projects and other finance-related initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>A growing, entrepreneurial organization is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Manager to lead its budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and performance analysis functions. This highly visible position will partner closely with executive leadership and translate financial data into actionable recommendations that support strategic planning, operational improvement and long-term growth.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a hands-on leadership role with one direct report. The Senior FP&A Manager will personally build financial models, perform analysis and prepare executive reporting while also overseeing and developing a member of the FP&A team. This is not a high-level oversight position or an analyst-level opportunity.</p><p><br></p><p>The position is ideally suited for an accomplished FP&A Manager or Senior FP&A Manager who is ready for greater responsibility, executive exposure and continued advancement into broader finance leadership.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>Personally lead and execute the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting and long-range financial planning</p><p>Build and maintain detailed financial models for revenue, expenses, profitability and scenario planning</p><p>Perform hands-on analysis of actual performance against budgets, forecasts and historical results</p><p>Identify financial and operational trends, risks and opportunities</p><p>Provide clear, actionable recommendations to executive and departmental leadership</p><p>Prepare and present executive-level financial reports, dashboards and decision-support materials</p><p>Partner with business leaders to establish KPIs and improve financial accountability</p><p>Support strategic initiatives, resource allocation and profitability improvement</p><p>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for planning and reporting</p><p>Improve FP&A processes, systems and reporting tools through automation and data visualization</p><p>Manage, mentor and develop one direct report</p><p>Support executive leadership with special projects and strategic financial initiatives</p><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><p>Experience within a growing, founder-led, privately held or multi-entity organization</p><p>Experience building or improving FP&A processes, systems and reporting capabilities</p><p>MBA, CPA, CMA or another relevant advanced qualification</p><p><br></p><p>Ideal Candidate Profile</p><p>The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance leader who enjoys both performing the work and developing others.
