  • <p>We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist III to support hiring efforts for corporate and retail roles within a banking environment in Madison, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position for a detail-oriented recruiter who can identify strong talent, guide candidates through the hiring process, and build lasting relationships across multiple sourcing channels. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach to talent outreach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage recruiting activity with accuracy and urgency.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Drive full-cycle recruitment activities for corporate and retail openings by aligning sourcing efforts with current hiring priorities.</p><p>• Use a range of recruiting approaches, including online postings, candidate databases, networking, referrals, social platforms, campus outreach, and hiring events to identify suitable talent.</p><p>• Evaluate resumes and applicant backgrounds to determine fit against role requirements and move forward the most suitable candidates.</p><p>• Cultivate partnerships with community groups, agencies, and external organizations to expand access to diverse candidate pipelines.</p><p>• Maintain ongoing engagement with prospective candidates to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning.</p><p>• Track recruiting progress, documentation, and reporting details accurately within the designated applicant tracking or recruitment system.</p><p>• Prepare and extend employment offers while communicating key details clearly and professionally to selected candidates.</p><p>• Coordinate pre-employment steps and confirm successful completion of required background screening before onboarding.</p>
