This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leveraging your organizational and interpersonal skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with clients to identify housing solutions and connect them with relevant resources.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records of client demographics and progress using tracking databases.</p><p>• Utilize spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data effectively.</p><p>• Foster strong relationships with clients, housing facilites, and community organizations.</p><p>• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure ongoing support and address any challenges.</p><p>• Monitor and document case progress to ensure compliance with program guidelines.</p><p>• Provide guidance and advocacy for clients as they navigate housing and social services.</p><p>• Coordinate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving client outcomes.</p><p>• Assist with property management tasks, including communication and coordination with landlords.</p>
