This on-site position plays a central role in delivering reliable financial reporting, strengthening cost accounting practices, and translating financial data into actionable guidance for business leaders. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing finance experience, a hands-on approach to controllership, and the ability to support performance, accountability, and long-term growth.</p><p><br></p><p>No remote or hybrid option. Will consider relocation assistance.</p><p>Benefits include: healthcare, 401K with match, vacation pay, sick pay, holiday pay, profit sharing bonus, and more.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide financial leadership to operational and commercial stakeholders by turning business results into clear recommendations that support performance and strategic decisions.</p><p>• Direct the monthly close cycle, including recording journal activity, completing account reconciliations, and producing timely financial and operational reports.</p><p>• Review and improve accounting processes and control structures tied to procurement, production activity, inventory management, and cost accumulation.</p><p>• Develop and maintain product costing models, standard cost structures, and variance analysis that inform margin, pricing, and profitability evaluations.</p><p>• Partner in annual budgeting, forecasting, and longer-range planning by analyzing trends, tracking results, and identifying risks and opportunities.</p><p>• Coordinate audit preparation, compile supporting documentation, and help ensure compliance with tax obligations and other financial reporting requirements.</p><p>• Track operational and financial metrics, participate in inventory oversight activities, and promote adherence to company policies and control expectations.</p><p>• Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and improvement-focused environment.</p><p>• Support special analyses, ad hoc reporting requests, and cross-functional projects that contribute to business improvement initiatives.</p>
