This position requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, and amendments.</li><li>Manage legal redlining and negotiations to achieve timely resolution.</li><li>Implement standardized processes, templates, and guidelines to improve contract workflows.</li><li>Advise General Counsel and senior leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.</li><li>Conduct legal research and support special projects related to vendor risk, compliance, and contract management.</li><li>Assist with contract lifecycle management, including tracking, renewal, and termination.</li><li>Collaborate with Vendor Management on risk assessments, due diligence, and contract database maintenance.</li><li>Provide weekly status updates to General Counsel and Vendor Management.</li><li>Support development and optimization of Vendor Management software systems.</li><li>Assist with non-contract legal matters as needed.</li></ul>
