Our client, an established organization, is seeking an experienced FP&A detail oriented with strong Adaptive Planning experience to assess, stabilize, and optimize a recently implemented Adaptive Planning environment. The organization implemented Adaptive Planning earlier this year, but the system is not functioning as intended and requires a hands-on expert to evaluate the current state, partner with the implementation vendor, and ensure proper integration with the organization's ERP system. This consultant will serve as both a strategic FP&A leader and systems owner, establishing a scalable budgeting and forecasting process . The ideal candidate combines deep Adaptive Planning expertise with strong nonprofit finance experience, financial modeling capabilities, and a collaborative leadership style. Key Responsibilities Evaluate the current Workday Adaptive Planning implementation and identify gaps, configuration issues, and process deficiencies. Partner directly with the external implementation vendor to understand what was completed, what remains unresolved, and develop a remediation plan. Ensure accurate mapping and integration between Workday Adaptive Planning and the ERP system. Act as the primary systems owner for Adaptive Planning, holding vendors accountable to milestones, deliverables, and implementation objectives. Design and build a sustainable monthly and quarterly forecasting process from the ground up. Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasting tools to support organizational decision-making. Partner with executive leadership to improve visibility into organizational performance and future financial outcomes. Incorporate nonprofit-specific revenue drivers, including grants, contracts, and accounts receivable, into budgeting and forecasting processes. Document processes, best practices, and governance procedures to ensure long-term success of the platform. Coach and develop the FP&A Analyst, providing training and guidance on Adaptive Planning functionality and financial planning best practices. Serve as a steadying presence for the finance team during a period of organizational change and transformation.

We are looking for a supply chain specialist to support product planning and inventory forecasting in Seattle, Washington. This role focuses on maintaining product availability across seasonal demand patterns, digital sales channels, and wholesale operations while partnering with vendors, logistics providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, sound judgment in inventory management, and a proactive approach to improving purchasing and replenishment workflows. Responsibilities:• Analyze demand patterns and inventory needs to support forecast accuracy, replenishment timing, and consistent product availability across multiple sales channels.• Review stock positions regularly, flag potential shortages or excess inventory, and take action with cross-functional partners to keep inventory balanced.• Maintain reliable inventory, purchasing, and shipment records within company systems to support visibility and informed planning decisions.• Work closely with international manufacturers and suppliers to manage order status, confirm production schedules, and align supply with business requirements.• Prepare and manage purchase orders from creation through follow-up, ensuring documentation and purchasing data remain complete and accurate.• Build effective working relationships with suppliers and external partners to promote clear communication, dependable delivery, and smooth operations.• Partner with warehouse staff to verify inbound shipments, investigate discrepancies, and confirm received goods match planned quantities and specifications.• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to resolve invoice issues, receiving questions, and other purchasing-related exceptions.• Coordinate international freight activity with logistics partners, carriers, and forwarders to support consolidated shipments and timely inbound delivery.• Track transportation milestones, communicate delays or schedule changes to internal teams, and help resolve shipping and delivery issues as they arise. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 + discretionary bonus.
