Responsibilities: • Review incoming resident inquiries through the company portal and determine the nature of each request • Investigate resident accounts, property records, and related information by using internal databases and search tools • Upload insurance policies and supporting documentation accurately while maintaining complete digital records • Respond to customers with clear status updates, follow-up messages, and next-step guidance as issues progress • Assist with resident liability program support, including reviewing questions tied to coverage and claim outcomes • Research refund-related concerns and policy denial questions to identify accurate information for customer responses • Use independent judgment to resolve unclear cases, including verifying alternate policy details or matching records when information is incomplete • Build knowledge of company systems and processes during training while taking on a broader range of customer inquiries over time
