This position is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a small company environment and enjoys owning the full accounting cycle.</p><p><br></p><p>The Management Accountant will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting functions, month-end close, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and tax-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will come from a <strong>small manufacturing or distribution environment</strong> and have experience managing a broad range of accounting duties independently.</p><p><em>Key Responsibilities</em></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle <strong>accounts payable</strong> and <strong>accounts receivable</strong></li><li>Process <strong>payroll</strong></li><li>Prepare <strong>journal entries</strong> and account reconciliations</li><li>Lead the <strong>month-end close</strong> process</li><li>Prepare internal <strong>financial statements</strong></li><li>Perform <strong>inventory accounting</strong> and related analysis</li><li>Conduct general <strong>accounting analysis</strong> to support business decisions</li><li>Handle <strong>sales and use tax</strong> and <strong>property tax</strong> reporting/compliance</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures</li><li>Partner with leadership to provide financial insight and support operational decision-making</li></ul><p><br></p>
