This individual will also assist with maintaining accounting policies and preparing technical accounting memos and analyses to address technical accounting issues arising from business transactions or the implementation of new accounting pronouncements.</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented <strong>Manager of SEC Financial Reporting</strong> to join our corporate finance team. This individual will play a key role in preparing and filing accurate and timely financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal control requirements.
