As the Property Accountant, you will manage all accounting/bookkeeping transactions, assist with journal entry preparation, perform month end close activities, analyze leasing costs, assist with CAM reconciliations, perform accounting analysis, review and approve vendor invoices, assist with the year-end financial audit process, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, review and maintain property budget, and assist with annual entity tax returns.
