<p>Innovative client located outside of the Philadelphia Suburbs seeks a Sr Accounting Manager with strong consolidations and financial reporting experience. This Sr Accounting Manager will conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance, oversee the month end close process, monitor expense accruals, assist with fixed assets, maintain &amp; resolve general ledger discrepancies, create solutions for process improvement, monitor cash flow, ensure compliance with local tax requirements, manage journal entry tracking, and assist with the financial planning process.
