  • <p>We are looking for a Safety Coordinator to support workplace health and safety efforts at our California location. This position focuses on promoting compliance, reducing risk, and helping build a strong culture of safety across daily operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with OSHA practices, workplace inspections, and incident review, along with the ability to communicate safety expectations clearly and effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify hazards, evaluate risk exposure, and recommend corrective measures.</p><p>• Support compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards through ongoing monitoring and documentation.</p><p>• Lead or assist with safety audits, ensuring findings are tracked and follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.</p><p>• Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and injuries to determine root causes and help prevent recurrence.</p><p>• Deliver safety guidance and training to employees to reinforce safe work practices and regulatory awareness.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records related to inspections, incidents, corrective actions, and compliance activities.</p><p>• Partner with supervisors and operational teams to address safety concerns and strengthen preventive programs.</p><p>• Review work areas, equipment, and procedures to help ensure alignment with occupational health and safety requirements.</p>
