This role will serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees, offering practical guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and day-to-day HR matters. The position also contributes to a fair, compliant, and people-focused workplace by partnering across HR functions and helping strengthen core programs and processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>•Serve as a primary HR contact for managers and staff by providing clear direction on workplace policies, procedures, and employment-related questions.<br>•Lead employee relations reviews and workplace investigations with professionalism, sound judgment, and appropriate follow-through on recommended actions.<br>•Support leaders with performance management discussions, corrective action steps, and disciplinary processes in alignment with organizational standards and applicable labor agreements.<br>•Mediate workplace concerns and help resolve employee conflicts in a manner that promotes consistency, fairness, and respectful treatment.<br>•Monitor HR practices for compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements and identify actions that reduce organizational risk.<br>•Work closely with learning and development partners to help create and deliver training programs that address team and workforce needs.<br>•Collaborate with colleagues in benefits, compensation, accommodations, talent acquisition, and related HR areas to provide coordinated employee support.<br>•Assist with the design, rollout, and refinement of HR programs, tools, and communications tied to engagement, performance, and employee experience.<br>•Handle HR transactions and support employee lifecycle activities, including administrative processes and documentation as needed.<br>•Contribute to broader HR initiatives by participating in committees, projects, and cross-functional efforts across the organization.
