<p>We are seeking a detail‑oriented and solutions‑driven <strong>CRM Administrator</strong> to manage, optimize, and support our organization’s customer relationship management platform. This role is ideal for someone with <strong>any CRM experience</strong> who enjoys improving workflows, driving data accuracy, supporting users, and ensuring the CRM operates smoothly across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Administer, configure, and maintain the company CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, or similar).</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles, roles, and security settings.</li><li>Build, update, and optimize dashboards, reports, workflows, automations, and fields.</li><li>Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleanup, deduplication, and quality controls.</li><li>Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to understand CRM needs and implement improvements.</li><li>Create and maintain documentation: processes, naming conventions, best practices, and change logs.</li><li>Support system integrations, API connections, third‑party tools, and new feature rollouts.</li><li>Provide training, technical support, and troubleshooting for CRM users.</li><li>Assist with CRM roadmap initiatives, upgrades, and enhancements.</li><li>Track system performance and recommend improvements aligned to business goals.</li></ul><p><br></p>
