- <p>Position Overview</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>SAP Project Manager</strong> to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with business stakeholders, and ensure SAP projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of SAP systems, and expertise in project management methodologies.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead <strong>end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects</strong>.</li><li>Define <strong>project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables</strong> in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>Manage <strong>cross-functional teams</strong>, including functional consultants, developers, analysts, and external vendors.</li><li>Develop and maintain <strong>project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies</strong>.</li><li>Ensure effective <strong>communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership</strong>.</li><li>Monitor project progress and provide <strong>status updates, reports, and risk assessments</strong> to senior management.</li><li>Coordinate <strong>testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system deployment activities</strong>.</li><li>Manage <strong>change control processes</strong> and ensure project documentation is maintained.</li><li>Ensure adherence to <strong>SAP best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements</strong>.</li><li>Support <strong>post-go-live activities, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p>
