Responsibilities: • Lead the administration and optimization of enterprise endpoint management across Windows, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and supported macOS devices. • Design and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for device enrollment, policy enforcement, compliance controls, and application delivery. • Manage Windows Autopilot deployments to streamline provisioning and create a consistent onboarding experience for end users. • Oversee endpoint patching, software distribution, and lifecycle activities to keep devices secure, current, and aligned with company standards. • Use Tanium and related tools to improve visibility, automate routine operational tasks, and support endpoint health across the environment. • Act as an advanced escalation resource for endpoint-related incidents, working closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, and service desk teams to drive resolution. • Create and refine technical standards, operational procedures, and automation practices that improve consistency and reduce manual effort. • Perform routine Azure infrastructure administration and basic resource provisioning by following established templates and approved support models. • Escalate complex cloud platform issues and architecture-related decisions to senior engineering resources when deeper specialization is required.
