The salary range for this position is $120-150k, plus bonus and equity compensation. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the preparation, coordination, and review of periodic and event-driven filings, including annual, quarterly, and current reports as well as registration documents.</p><p>• Partner with accounting, legal, finance, and other internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and organize information required for complete external disclosures.</p><p>• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and related disclosures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable reporting standards.</p><p>• Manage reporting workflows within Workiva and related tools to improve efficiency, maintain data integrity, and support a controlled source of financial information.</p><p>• Support quarterly review and annual audit activities by assembling schedules, preparing supporting documentation, and addressing questions from external auditors.</p><p>• Research complex accounting matters, document conclusions in formal memos, and assist with the adoption of new accounting guidance and regulatory updates.</p><p>• Perform consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations, top-side adjustments, and review of reporting outputs across entities.</p><p>• Help maintain and enhance internal controls tied to external financial reporting and identify process improvements that strengthen compliance and operating effectiveness.</p>
