The role requires strong analytical skills, careful attention to compliance-driven processes, and the ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee annual enrollment activities for several non-elective savings plans, including communication reviews, timeline coordination, and partnership with external service providers.</p><p>• Process non-elective plan distributions according to established schedules, handling events such as vesting, scheduled payouts, employment separation, death, and domestic relations matters.</p><p>• Support discretionary employer contribution activities by organizing project schedules, preparing allocation information, coordinating funding, and developing participant-facing notices.</p><p>• Gather and evaluate year-end compensation information from multiple payroll sources to identify highly compensated employees and support testing, filings, and plan reporting.</p><p>• Maintain plan documents, reference materials, and administrative resources to keep information current and accurate.</p><p>• Work with vendors and internal teams to research and resolve recordkeeping inconsistencies, file transfer issues, and data mismatches between systems.</p><p>• Respond to participant questions related to eligibility, contributions, vesting, and distribution activity with clear and timely communication.</p><p>• Review payroll deduction variances and reconcile contribution data before submitting funding requests for deposit processing.</p><p>• Recommend process improvements that strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and overall team effectiveness while assisting with special projects as needed.</p>
