This HR Manager should have the ability to oversee a broad range of HR functions including but not limited to: processing payroll, managing employee onboarding, leading the full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, coordinating employee benefits programs (health insurance/retirement plans), overseeing compliance reporting, maintaining and updating employee records, developing and implementing human resource policies and best practices, and assisting with employee relations matters and general human resource guidance.
