  • We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to deliver dependable day-to-day technical support for employees in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will help users stay productive by resolving hardware, software, and access issues across office and remote environments. During the first few months, you will build knowledge of internally developed applications and the cloud environment that supports them so you can provide effective front-line assistance and escalate issues appropriately.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver first- and second-level support for employees by diagnosing technical problems, handling user setup, and restoring access to essential systems and tools.<br>• Assist with Microsoft 365 products and services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot, ensuring users can work efficiently across collaboration platforms.<br>• Support internally developed business applications, resolve common issues directly, and route more advanced incidents to the appropriate technical teams when needed.<br>• Prepare, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and related equipment in line with company standards.<br>• Coordinate technology setup for new hires and manage account, device, and access changes throughout employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.<br>• Configure and support workstations for both onsite and remote staff, including desk moves, hardware swaps, and office layout adjustments.<br>• Keep meeting rooms and shared collaboration spaces fully operational by maintaining video conferencing, audio-visual, and presentation technology.<br>• Track IT assets accurately, maintain inventory records, and help ensure equipment is assigned, recovered, and available when required.<br>• Work with external service partners and internal IT colleagues to resolve incidents efficiently, document activity clearly, and identify recurring issues that could be improved through process changes or automation.
