Responsibilities:• Process client billing transactions accurately and on schedule while handling a growing workload across legal billing activities.• Review invoices, billing records, and supporting documentation to ensure charges are complete, compliant, and properly recorded.• Monitor accounts receivable balances, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with collection-related activities to improve payment timeliness.• Work within billing platforms such as Aderant and Costpoint to maintain account details, update billing information, and resolve system-related issues affecting workflow.• Partner with billing leadership and internal stakeholders to address questions, research discrepancies, and support day-to-day revenue operations.• Assist the team during increased billing demand and operational slowdowns related to the introduction of a new billing system.• Provide responsive service to internal and external contacts by answering invoice questions and helping resolve customer service concerns tied to billing matters.• Support a hybrid work schedule by collaborating in the Atlanta office three days per week and working remotely two days per week based on team needs.
