- <p>Chief Advancement Officer | Denver, CO (Hybrid)</p><p>We're partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking a <strong>Chief Advancement Officer</strong> to lead revenue growth, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and organizational advancement efforts.</p><p>As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll oversee advancement and finance functions, build high-performing teams, cultivate key stakeholder relationships, and develop strategies that drive sustainable growth and long-term impact.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead fundraising, advancement, and revenue growth strategies.</li><li>Cultivate and secure major gifts, partnerships, sponsorships, and other significant investments.</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing advancement team.</li><li>Develop scalable systems, metrics, forecasting, and accountability processes.</li><li>Partner with executive leadership to align growth initiatives with organizational priorities.</li><li>Provide executive oversight of finance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.</li></ul><p>This role reports to the CEO and offers some WFH. </p>
