  • <p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support documentation and records coordination for a long-term contract opportunity in Haltom City, Texas. This onsite role focuses on preparing, reviewing, scanning, and organizing quality and delivery records to ensure complete and accurate final documentation. The position is ideal for someone who works carefully with structured processes, maintains strong document control practices, and can help support timely customer-ready packages.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Scan completed documentation packages and upload them into the designated quality and records management system.</p><p>• Review files for clarity, completeness, and proper order before submitting them to electronic storage.</p><p>• Match required records to the correct serial number or equipment unit to preserve traceability.</p><p>• Maintain accurate digital files and support consistent document retention, revision control, and naming standards.</p><p>• Assemble final delivery documentation packages for completed landing gear units and confirm all required materials are included.</p><p>• Check that inspection, manufacturing, quality, and supporting records meet customer format and sequencing expectations.</p><p>• Conduct a final review of documentation before release to the customer to reduce errors or omissions.</p><p>• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain any outstanding customer service paperwork needed for final delivery.</p><p>• Help ensure documentation follows applicable internal quality procedures and customer requirements.</p>
