- <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Workers’ Compensation Analyst</strong> to support a large U.S. workers’ compensation program. This is a <strong>hybrid </strong>opportunity. The ideal candidate brings <strong>employer-side workers’ compensation experience</strong>, strong TPA oversight skills, and an analytical approach to claims and risk management.</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Oversee workers’ compensation claims and <strong>TPA/adjuster performance</strong></li><li>Review <strong>claim strategy, reserves, settlements, and exposure</strong></li><li>Partner with HR on <strong>FMLA, accommodations, and return-to-work</strong></li><li>Support litigated claims and collaborate with <strong>defense counsel, HR, Safety, and Operations</strong></li><li>Analyze claims data and trends to identify <strong>cost-containment and risk-reduction opportunities</strong></li></ul>
